Is Music City Kids Club licensed?
Yes. Music City Kids Club is a licensed childcare provider in the state of Tennessee and meets all required state regulations for childcare facilities.

Can my child bring their own food?
Yes. Families are encouraged to bring their own snacks and meals from home. We also offer snacks and meals for purchase.

Are you a peanut-free facility?
No, but we maintain separation during meals
for children with allergies.  

How much does it cost?
Our Rates:

$12 per hour for one child

         

$5 per hour for each additional child

     

$14 per hour for children under 2 years of age

We do require a 24-hr advance registration for children under 2.

 

$20 one-time registration fee

Is there a minimum or maximum number of hours per visit?
Care can be used for as little as one hour or for several hours in a single day, up to seven hours per day and twenty hours per week.

What ages do you care for?
We serve children from 13 months to 12 years old.

How much do you charge for multiple children?
There is a $5 per hour charge for each additional child from the same family.

Do you accept children with autism or special needs?
Yes. Music City Kids Club welcomes children with autism and other developmental needs. Our staff is trained to provide supportive care and works with families to understand each child’s needs. We encourage parents to speak with our team before visiting if their child has specific considerations.

What happens if my child becomes upset or wants to leave early?
If a child becomes overly upset or uncomfortable, our staff will contact the parent or guardian to discuss next steps. A child’s comfort and well-being always come first.

What happens if I am running late for pickup?
If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Additional charges may apply based on time used.
 

Anything else?

BRING SOCKS! Children do not wear shoes in our facility, but to cut down on other issues, we ask all children wear socks. We are happy to sell you socks if you forget.
