How Drop-In Childcare Works
at Music City Kids Club
Music City Kids Club offers licensed, drop-in childcare in Nashville for busy families. We provide hourly childcare for workdays, appointments, school closures, weekends, date nights, and last-minute needs. Care is available for children ages 13 months through 12 years and can be used for up to seven hours per day and twenty hours per week.​

Register your child/children online with basic information. Then, drop them off at our convenient location. We do accept reservations, but it is not required unless your child is less than 24 months old. We have flexible staffing to accommodate busy times such as weekends or special events.

We welcome children ages 13 months through 12 years old at our childcare facility.
Because space for toddlers under 24 months is limited, we require a 24-hour advance reservation for children ages 13–23 months. This helps us ensure proper staffing and availability for our youngest guests.
What to Bring for Your Child’s Stay
To keep your child comfortable and happy, please pack all necessary personal items, including:

A change of clothes

Bottles or sippy cups

Any other essentials your child may need during their visit.

Safety & Staff Qualifications
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Every member of our Kids Club team is CPR and First Aid certified through the American Heart Association.
In addition, all staff members undergo comprehensive background checks and certification through the Tennessee Department of Human Services, ensuring we meet state childcare safety standards.
You can feel confident knowing your little ones are cared for by trained, qualified, and trusted professionals in a safe and supportive environment.
Kids will find many fun toys and activities at Music City Kids Club, but our staff also actively engages our guests in play rather than just monitoring them during their visit with us.
